please contact one of our representatives by calling (804) 318 3686. We will discuss your application with you, and advise you as to it's suitability. After an initial interview, we will require a written request of suitability for application, reasonably spelling out the procedural parameters and any concerns. We will issue a written guarantee of suitability, which will be valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

In the event of a successful claim of unsuitability, we will replace the equipment with an equally valued item, or credit the original purchase amount towards the purchase of another item, if that cost is greater than the amount originally contracted for, less any restocking fees charged for sending equipment back in less than new conditon, the amount to be determined after evaluation by QC Lab Equipment.
